I was just sitting here thinking of all the things that we have to accomplish in just a few months. Most people are indoors not doing much this time of year. For us here at Louderbranch Farms it is crunch time.

We begin planting our seeds for Spring tonight. Most people never think about these things and how much work it is to get that little seedling into a nice plant for your garden this spring.

We have also been working on Greenhouse #4. It has to be ready by spring. Last year we were close and then the spring hit and it was like a whirl wind. Once it started we never slowed down. We really haven't had any downtime this year. We appreciate all of our old customers and all of our new customers. We hope everyone had great success with their plants and we look forward to seeing you this spring.

We are very excited about this spring because we will be offering baby chicks for sale at the farm. We will be a wholesale client for Hoover's Hatchery. We have used Hoovers for several years now and have been impressed with products that we have ordered. If you are thinking of adding a few chickens or ducks please check us out this spring. We can get just about anything they have so if you have a special order just let us know.

I love the thought of the little baby chicks and the little baby plants it helps us get through the winter and gives us something to look forward to this spring.

I hope this blog finds everyone doing well and those people that are fighting covid our prayers are with each of you.

We really miss getting to see everyone and we are looking forward to our favorite time of year the spring. We get to see all of our old friends and make some new ones.  Stay Safe!

The voice behind the blog will be Mike & Rhonda Loudermilk. Life at Louderbranch Farms is very far from simple. It is very complicated at times. We would love to live a slower paced life but that is just not possible for what we are trying to accomplish. We both work full time jobs for others plus have our own business. We spend most of our time working. That is what we do! We love gardening, caring for our animals and making handmade bath products such as Rhonda Lynne's Ole Fashioned Soap.
