At Louderbranch Farms we feel it is important that our customers know us individually as well as a family unit. This includes understanding the roles and responsibilities we each hold within the company. Each member brings different personality traits that together create a unique dynamic that enables the success of the farm.
Being a 3rd generation farmer you could say farming runs in his blood. As a child and a young adult Mike Loudermilk knew he was made for more than sitting behind a desk in an office. Luckily enough, his vivid imagination and creative ideas translated flawlessly to the sustainable farm he operates today. His ability to create literally anything out of anything gives him an edge over others. You can also count on this hysterical man to be one-hundred percent involved in everything he does from overseeing the farm to being a devout Christian, husband, and father.
As if being the Nursery Manager is not enough responsibility, She makes all handmade bath products and soaps. From the sincerest place of her heart Rhonda Loudermilk makes sure to keep everyone in check. Her mind set provides the farm and the family with an anchor that grounds us all at Louderbranch Farms.
You could consider Derrick Loudermilk the Wal-Mart greeter of sustainable farming. His fun and outgoing personality makes him the perfect candidate for our delivery boy. He helps Louderbranch Farms by delivering bedding plants to local stores and wins over the hearts of customers at the local markets. He also leads the land services division of the farm. He couldn't do it without his wife Amber Loudermilk who helps him with all deliveries. She checks the list twice to make sure everyone is happy with their orders.
We have some little helpers on the farm these days. Derrick and Amber have 4 kids. This is Joseph and Kory. Kory always says he wants to get dirty. He especially loves to help water. The boys love to help do chores in the greenhouses. They are big helpers to us. Joseph likes to help carry plants for customers out to their car.
My name is Blakeleigh and this is Peaches. We are otherwise known as “No! Get Down! Stop!” Blakeleigh loves the animals on the farm especially Peaches. Wherever the family goes Peaches is right there with ‘em leading the parade. Fetch is one of her favorite games and playing with Blakes is the best!! She is always upbeat and loves to welcome customers! Hope to see you soon!
This is our daughter Audrey and Nicklaus. When they are home they help us out anyway they can. They live in Baltimore, Maryland. Both have jobs and are furthering their educations. We love it when they are here.
This is our grandson Grady. He is pretty special to us. Check out his LBF shirt. I am sure when spring rolls around we will not be able to keep him out of the dirt.
