Our cattle are primarily a three way cross consisting mostly of an Angus/Hereford cross. They graze on mixed grass pastures where we rotate pastures trying to keep the cattle on fresh tender forage as much as possible. They have free access to fresh water and minerals. We feed a small amount of feed for handling purposes. We don't use growth promoters, hormones or feed animal by-products.
