A pork fillet or tenderloin is a long, narrow, boneless cut of meat that comes from the muscle that runs along the backbone.
Our Hogs are raised on mixed grass pasture and in the woods. They are supplemented with a 16% grower feed custom blended for us at a local feed mill. We don't use growth promoters, hormones or feed animal by-products.
Online prices may be higher than in store purchase because of weight differences. Online prices are based on approximate weights as to where the store prices are based on actual weight. You may receive a pack of meat that is priced less than what you paid for it and this is the reason for it.
